After a one day delay, we were really going to leave today, but when I woke up at 6:00 am, it was pouring rain; a torrential rain that did not let up all day and made loading Coach House a miserable, frustrating experience. It took us forever. We made the decision to call off our departure until tomorrow, Friday, and instead went to our favorite Mexican restaurant El Compadre for dinner. Since everything is loaded, we can kick back and have a relaxing evening and try to get an early start tomorrow morning. We’ll see; currently it is not raining, but the North Coast skies at this hour are dark and ominous.
